Myolie Wu was at a store opening for a jewellery chain yesterday and as well as her fee, she was also presented with a specially made set of blue jade and pearl jewellery worth $50-60,000. As this is her most expensive set of jewellery, she is extremely happy.

Myolie says: "I am not saying how much the fee was, but I am pleased with it." She is very satisfied with the jewellery because it was designed by an Italian designer and usually the jewellery that she receives are necklaces from friends. When asked if she receives rings all the time, she says it depends because as long as it is not an diamond engagement ring and does not have that meaning then it doesn't matter. She has started buying diamonds recently as an investment because she feels that it is better to buy them yourself and not have to depend on other people buying them for you.
