With reports that whilst filming for "Nameless Angels 3D" Sonija Kwok and Charmaine Sheh have been ganging up against Shirley Yeung, Sonija indicated that this was not the truth and said: "I don't have very many scenes with them, but I don't think there is any problems with our co-operation. (Earlier, Shirley seemed very awkward.) She is still a newcomer and everyone looks after her, I don't know why she would feel awkward."

Apart from this, Sonija and boyfriend Deric Wan's performance in "Ngau Long Jik Nui" (The Legend of Love) has had good reviews after being released overseas, she smiles sweetly as she says: "Actually I wanted to go and promote it with him [in Australia] and combine work with leisure, especially as we met when we filmed this series, so it has a special meaning for us." She also reveals that they will be celebrating their first anniversary in October and although they have borne some troubles during this time, their feelings have not been affected. She smiles that her boyfriend often expresses his love for her and because she is so used to it, she doesn't feel anything for it any more.
