Anne Heung was the Deputy Leader of the Wai Yin Women's Society last year and with her work being praised, she has been voted in as Leader this year. Anne is very happy at this news as she prepares the coming years' fundraising targets and plans with the committee. She says that she feels some pressure in the role and thought very carefully about taking it on board at first as she becomes very busy when she takes on filming for serials, but she has many colleagues who support her and take on some of her work for her.

At the moment, Anne is busy filming "Fung Mo Heung Lo" (Shanghai 1920) and this will end in mid-July, after which she will probably be going to the mainland to do an opening. However, Anne doesn't have any new work lined up for the time being, so she will have some time to put into her society work.
