Adam Cheng, Sheren Tang, Jay Lau, Patricia Liu and Michael Tong were at the costume tryout for TVB's new Telemovie "Hung Hang Geep" (Red Almond Omen), where Adam and Sheren play a married couple who each have affairs that bring together all five of the stars.

The reporters joked that Adam has been working back to back with TVB recently and he laughs: "I couldn't get out of it, I said I'd check my schedule to see if I could do it, but the producer Lau Ka Ho took that as agreeing and was hard to turn down, plus I have never made a telemovie before and it will only take ten days, so it should be okay. Originally, some of the filming for "Fei Sheung Ngoi Fu" (Extraordinary Father in Law) was to have taken place on the mainland and then I had a concert lined up in Canada, so I was going to use the free time to practice, but now the timing is quite tight and even my wife is nagging me. I was going to spend some time with her and I was afraid she'd be mad, but I am very good at sweettalking women, I am doing it all so that your life is more comfortable!" "Red" is a telemovie, so the boundaries are less restrictive than series, will there be some steamy scenes in the show? Adam laughs that if it gets too intense, then he will discuss it with his wife and if she disagrees to take it up with the producer, if his negotiations fail, then he will just have to take it and do his best.

When the topic of Wong Jim's recovery after an eight month battle with cancer was brought up, Adam says that he heard about this on the radio and gave Jim a call. He says that Uncle Jim can give encouragement to those with cancer because he is very relaxed and is intelligent enough to deal with it, believing that to be happy and determined is very important and he laughs that whenever he sees something pretty he will take a look because it makes him feel happier and this can help to cure any illness.

With Angie Cheung's recent incident in a dancing school with her fiance Fok Siu Kau not yet out of the news, TVB had Sheren Tang and Michael Tong dressed in Latin dancer costumes and naturally everyone's thoughts drawn to the similarities.

Sheren and Michael's characters develop a relationship after Sheren starts to learn to dance. As they appeared in their dancing costumes at the event, there were suggestions that the story may be reflective of Angie's situation. Sheren clarifies the position, saying: "No, you shouldn't be so sensitive, the character is very different in that she is a married woman who only falls for Michael when she starts to learn to dance." Will Michael hit her in the show? Sheren laughs: "He can't love me enough, but he has more scenes with Jay Lau, I think we argue more. I am just a beginner in the show, so I only had to learn a few steps."

Sheren indicates that she worked with Adam before over ten years ago when she played a princess who had a crush on him, she can't believe that now she will play his wife. If they have a passionate scene in the show, Adam says he will do his best; as for this, she laughs: "He is cold to me, that's why I end up with Michael, but Adam will only be cold to me in the show, outside he will not be like that." Michael Tong is always being linked with female stars, will she worry about him? Sheren says: "Rumours are just rumours, you can't be afraid of them, maybe two wrongs will make a right and we'll be okay, people still take photos even if we are just eating together! Why don't they link me with Adam, that would be quite refreshing and interesting."
