May 28th is Charmaine Sheh's 28th birthday and originally, she had arranged a celebration with some of her fans at the McDonald's restaurant in Wanchai's waterfront, but because a lot of journalists caught the news, it was cancelled to prevent a lot of people turning up and the venue changed to a different restaurant. She says that since she has been in the industry, this was the first year that she hasn't had to work on her birthday, so she invited a few friends together to have dinner and celebrate, when asked how she will be celebrating with rumoured boyfriend Benny Chan, Charmaine laughs that she doesn't know whether Benny is currently in Taiwan or China and he has probably forgotten all about it. Her birthday wish is for Hong Kong's economy to recover soon, for SARS to go away and for everyone to be happy.
