TVB will be holding its grand opening of Broadcast City today (Sunday) and in the evening, there will be a live celebratory broadcast entitled "Focus on a new Path in Television Broadcasting". The originally chosen "36 stars" which then became "46 stars" after some fighting has now been confirmed as "48 stars" plus the Miss Hong Kong winners to gain the meaning of "Long lasting fortune" (48 in Cantonese sounds the same as this meaning).

As for the events for this show, there will be an opening with Charmaine, Sonija, Shirley and Joe Ma with their "Nameless Angels" image. Amidst rumours that Charmaine and Sonija are not on good terms with Shirley Yeung, this was apparent in rehearsals where they were obviously ignoring Shirley. When Sonija was asked about rumours that Deric's absence was due to his poor image, Sonija pointed out that he was currently working hard in Taiwan and will soon be heading for a show in China, when he will drop by and see her and celebrate their first anniversary together.

Also, Moses Chan will be turning the tables and playing the historical flirtatious maiden Pan Jinlian together with Bobby as Wang Po, Flora Chan as Wu Song and Jessica as Wu Dalang. He laughs: "I will be making my mouth really big and sexy like two sausages and will definitely be very beautiful. I am only worried about something falling out of my fake breasts!" Anne Heung will be doing some hot dancing with Bernice Liu and Melissa Ng, she says: "Although I don't have a dance background, I will be wearing a costume that shows my belly, so you will be able to watch my chest and my waist and my belly button instead!"

Because it was raining heavily when the rehearsals were taking place and the ceremony was planned to take place outside in the space opposite studio 1, TVB have taken steps to avoid embarrassment by preparing a set in the administration building, just in case, where Liza Wang, Lydia Shum and a group of TVB executives made their offerings yesterday to wish that everything goes well.
